By empowering ourselves we empower our children.
My daughter Clarissa and I had a conversation about this the other day, her being a single parent worries about if she is doing right by her as we as parents do a lot, but one of her main concerns was to have a good male role model for her or as she says a good father figure.
I indicated to her that with or with out this Jaden will turn out exactly as Jaden chooses all you can do is learn to be the best person you can be, be the best you that there is and empower yourself and then in turn she will learn empowerment and how to be empowered, how to empower herself and others and this is a gift worth passing on.
We can not guarantee that bad stuff will not happen, we can not promises good fortune always, although we wish nothing but the best for our babies, we hope and pray thy will have an amazing life full of adventure, love, compassion and kindness, but there is never any guarantee.
All we have is to teach them their own personal power and to teach our self our own.
No matter what know you are doing what you need to be doing, it is all going to be okay and you are doing that best job that you can do, you will get better always getting better, always improving.
Don’t focus on what you cant give your children instead focus on what you can, unconditional love, compassion, a loving home, support, self confidence, self worth and personal empowerment.
